Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • No Refund After Order Placement – Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be refunded.
    • Refund for Unplaced Orders – If payment has been made without placing an order, a refund is applicable.
    • Product Changes – Product changes are possible until the order is confirmed. Once confirmed, changes are no longer allowed.
    • Failure to Deliver – If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the buyer will receive a full refund of the price paid.
    • Bank & Gateway Charges on Refund – In the event of a refund, the customer will be responsible for any fees or charges levied by the bank or payment gateway.
    • Refund Fees for Customer-Initiated Changes – For any refund request, including customer-initiated changes, the customer will bear 10% gateway, service, and bank charges. The remaining balance will be refunded.
    • Refund Processing Time –
      • For bKash Online Payment, refund requests will be processed within 1–24 hours.
      • For Aamarpay gateway payments, refunds may take 3–7 working days.

2️⃣ Refund Policy (For Custom Services)

Since our services are fully customized and tailored to each client’s specific needs, refunds are not applicable once a project has started.

  • No Refunds by Default – Payments are non-refundable once a project has begun.
  • Revision Support – We offer unlimited revisions (within the agreed-upon project scope) to ensure the desired result is achieved.
  • Clear Communication – Your feedback and instructions will always be prioritized throughout the project.
  • Exceptional Cases – In rare circumstances, if we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work, a refund may be issued through mutual negotiation and agreement.

3️⃣ Refund Policy (For Digital Products)

  • Refund Before Delivery – A refund is possible only before the digital product is delivered to the customer.
  • Refund for Invalid/Non-Functional Products – If a digital product is invalid, non-functional, or includes an error in the product key or subscription, a refund is applicable.
  • Refund After Delivery – No refunds will be applicable after successful delivery, unless the product is proven to be invalid or non-functional as stated above.
  • Partial Refund After Usage – If a digital product has been used, only a partial refund may be considered, depending on the circumstances.
  • Bank Charges on Digital Refunds – Customers will bear any applicable bank or gateway charges during the refund process.

🚫 Order & Cancellation Policy

  • Order Confirmation and Cancellation – Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled under normal circumstances. However, if the cancellation request is made before the successful delivery of the order and is communicated to our support team, the cancellation may be approved.
  • Refund Policy for Cancellations –
  1. Payments for canceled orders are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in this policy.
  2. If applicable, the paid amount may be exchanged for another product, based on the terms and conditions of our exchange policy.
  • Cancellation by GrowMek –
  1. If GrowMek cancels an order, the customer will receive a refund within 1–24 hours for payments made via bKash Online Payment and Manual Payment.
  2. For payments made through SSL Commerz, refunds will follow SSL Commerz’s policies and may take 3–7 working days.
  • Stock Issues and Order Cancellation – GrowMek reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability issues. In such cases, affected customers will be notified and refunded as per this policy.

Important Notes

  • All refunds are processed according to the original payment method used.
  • Refunds may take a few working days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
  • Customer-initiated refund requests, including requests for digital product returns after usage or delivery, will be subject to the above conditions.
